I started this blog as a creative outlet to channel my emotions, which I hadn't realized was crucial for my mental health. I've always enjoyed creative activities like painting (not that I am any good!), but didn't link them to alleviating depression. Since blogging, I've faced depressive lows but noticed a significant improvement in my recovery. Writing during sleepless nights or tears has been transformative, and I want to share this experience with my readers.
